Refund Policy

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date shown on your carrier tracking confirmation.

Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

• Unworn and in the same condition as received
• In original packaging where applicable
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Sale and Discounted Items

Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are final sale and are not eligible for return unless defective. Defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

How to Initiate a Return

Email hello@sillyconstudio.com or use our contact page with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs on original orders are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
