These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sillycon Studio website and your purchase of products from Sillycon Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), a bracelet brand operating from Ontario, Canada.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products.

2. Products and Descriptions

We sell fashion accessories, primarily bracelets. We strive to display colours and materials accurately, but screen settings may cause minor variations. Product descriptions, images, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (for example, due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud). You will receive an order confirmation email when your payment is successfully processed.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
