Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when your package ships.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Canada and the United States only. Shipping rates and options are calculated at checkout through Stripe.

Carrier

Domestic Canadian orders are typically shipped via Canada Post. U.S. orders may be shipped via Canada Post international services or an equivalent carrier depending on package size and destination.

Estimated Delivery

• Canada: approximately 3–10 business days after shipment
• United States: approximately 7–14 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Remote areas may require additional time.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will email you tracking information (when available from the carrier). Please allow 24 hours for tracking to activate after you receive the notification.

Delays and Lost Packages

Sillycon Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at hello@sillyconstudio.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
